Dear Artist:

We are pleased to announce the 22^nd Annual Lac Ste. Claire Fine Art Fair.  Your name has been added to our files through one of various ways.  You may have sent us a request, we may have talked to you at another art fair or another artist may have recommended you.

We are pleased to extend this opportunity to apply for acceptance to the “Best Little Art Fair in Michigan”.  We are an outside show in a park setting, held the third weekend in September.  If you are familiar with the Michigan schedule we are always the week after Arts-N-Apples.  This is our 22^nd year.  We are a juried invitational with space for 200 artists.  We are as close to “Fine Art” as your work allows us.  Last year, even with the rain, dedicated art lovers attended the show.  We hope to break all records in 2009 and hope you can join us.

This year’s fee is $150.00 per space or $200 for a new applicant corner booth.  The jury fee is $15.00.  We will try to accommodate special requests.  Please note them on the application.  For your information, policies regarding the Art Fair, including the refund policy, are on the back of the application

Four color slides or photos are required for jury.  Slides/photos of actual work are preferred, if you have a booth space slide please enclose as a fifth slide. Only media accepted by slides will be allowed to be shown.  Photos can be sent electronically too.  Please return the application with two checks, one for the jury fee and the other for the 2009 booth fee.  Upon acceptance, both checks will be cashed or if not accepted, the booth fee will be returned with your slides/photos.  Slides/photos from accepted Artists will be returned at the Art Fair.  The deadline for jury is May 1, 2009. PLEASE  INCLUDE (1) SASE.  We do not accept buy-sell, prefer Fine Jewelry and if photography is digitally created in anyway we ask it to be listed as digitography or digital photography.
